If you have lost this password go to your Profile in your I-Buzz Pro back office and you will find it there under the heading, “IBuzzPro Broadcasting Software”. Now, after you click the “Members Only” tab, scroll down to: “Broadcasting Account Area”. Over to the right, pull down the arrow where it says, “Show Details”, then click on the tab that says, “
Access iBuzzProVB Software”. Next, log in using your Username & Members Only Password. If the first page that comes up asks you to make a payment go ahead and put a few dollars ($10-$20) into your account
for dialing time.
You will not be able to proceed until you have done that.
Next you will be on a page that says, “Campaign Central”. On the top left of the page you will see a small tab “Campaign Central”. Place your cursor over that tab and then click on “Add Campaign”. Scroll to the bottom of the “Terms of Service” page and click on “I Agree”.
6. Now you will start creating your campaign.
Where it says, “Campaign Type”, select “Live and Ans. Machines”. In the next box, give your campaign a name (examp. - Campaign 1 or whatever you wish).
Now set the “Run Date” for your campaign.
This is the date on which you want your campaign to be sent out.
This must be set for a time IN THE FUTURE or your campaign will not run. Next, set the “Start Time” and “End Time” of your campaign.
Make sure you select AM or PM.
All times should be in three or four digits using a colon. 5:00 PM is an example or 10:00 AM is another example.
The times you select should be the time IN YOUR LOCAL TIME ZONE. Be careful here. If you are in the Central Time Zone and you select 08:00 PM for a Start Time, the time on the East Coast is already 09:00 PM and your system will not start the campaign because it’s too late in the day. Your system will NEVER make any calls in any time zone before 09:00 AM or after 09:00 PM. Next, select the LOCAL time zone where you live.
For “(Touch Tone) Transfer” always select “1”. The box for “(Touch Tone) Voice Mail” should always remain with the default setting of “No Voicemail”. For “(Touch Tone) Remove” always select “9”.
For “Caller ID” use a FREE number that you get at
http://www.evoice.com/ Click on the “Services” tab at
http://www.evoice.com/ , and then look in the FAQ section and go down to Question #6. Click on the link at the beginning of this section that says, “evoice free” to sign up for a FREE evoice number. You can get as many FREE evoice numbers as you wish, but for each number you sign up for you must use a DIFFERENT email address.
One of these numbers is all you need to initially get your I-Buzz Pro campaign set up. Once you have an evoice number record a short message on it something like this - - “Hi, this is (your first and last name).
Thanks for giving me a call. Please visit my web site at: (give them your I-Buzz Pro web site OR your Combo Site if you have also purchased the Lead Software mentioned in Step 4 above). To record a message on your evoice number simply call the number you have been given and press the “*” key as soon as the default message begins playing. You will then be asked for your PIN Number.
Enter that and follow the prompts. Use this free evoice number for your “Caller ID” number.

This is very important because if your toll-free number is displayed on someone’s caller ID it is VERY likely it will be deleted.
If a regular-looking number is displayed on someone’s caller ID they are much more likely to call it.
For the box where it says, “Report Updates”, always select “Completion”.
Last of all, for “Update Email”, enter the email address where you wish to receive your email lead notifications when someone presses “1” and is transferred to your toll-free message. You will receive an email notification each time someone presses “1” on their phone and is transferred to your toll free number.
That email will show you their name, number from which they called and the time and date of their call. It will also show how many seconds of your message the caller listened to. This is IMPORTANT. If a caller listens to your ENTIRE message they are probably a better prospect. A separate email will also
include any voice message they leave and you can listen to it right from your email. Now, over to the bottom right of the page, click the blue button that says, “next”.
If you are not immediately taken to “Step 2 of 4: Load Messages”, you must re-check all of your information on the page you’re on and make sure you have entered all the information correctly and have not left any blanks. Once you have done that and click “next” you will be taken to the next page.
7. On the right side of the next page, “Step 2 of 4: Load Messages”, you will see a phone number to call to record two messages.
You will also see your “User ID”. Write down the phone number and write down your User ID number. Next, convert your Members
Only Password into ALL NUMBERS using the keypad on your phone for a reference. For example, the letter “g” would convert to the number
4. Once you have your Members Only Password converted to ALL NUMBERS, write that down along with the phone number and your User ID at the beginning of this step.
Save this information so that you know where to find it!
Each time you wish to record a new message you can use this information to do so without having to log back into your I-Buzz Pro website. Now you will want to record two short messages - - a “Live Answer Message” and an “Answering Machine Message”.
Each of these should not be more than 25 seconds in length. After you have recorded and saved these messages they will show up in your back office within a couple of minutes for future use with your campaigns.
You simply select the recording you wish to use from the list, double click on it, and that will place your selection in the box. Be sure you do this for BOTH messages - - “Live Answer Message” and “Answering Machine Message”.
You can record as many different messages as you wish. For example, you might wish to have one set of recordings to promote I-Buzz Pro and a separate set of messages to promote something else.
Here are some sample messages to promote I-Buzz Pro. You can find other sample message scripts in the Members Area of your I-Buzz Pro web site. Page 3
These are SUGGESTED messages and you may edit them or change them completely. Just be sure that the ending on your messages is correct.
For example, the ending on your “Live Answer Message” should always be “For more information, press 1, or press 9 to be removed. Press 1 now.”
Notice how this differs from the ending on your “Answering Machine Message”. I recommend that you initially promote I-Buzz Pro and the Lead Software in Step 4 to get some quick cash coming in and, at the same time, become totally familiar with your new systems.
Once you do that you can then begin to promote your primary program or business in addition to I-Buzz Pro. You can run as many different campaigns as you wish at the same time.
Promoting I-Buzz Pro
A. Suggested Live Answer Message -“Hi, I found your web site on the internet and I have a question. Would you like to have
an unending supply of pre-qualified prospects contacting you daily? And did I mention, they’re FREE? NEVER buy another lead. For more information, press 1, or press 9 to be removed. Press 1 now.
B. Suggested Answering Machine Message - “Uh, hi, my name’s Dee and I, I saw your information on the internet, but, but I do have a question or two about your business. Maybe you could, uh, or just give me a call, that might be good. My best number is (your toll-free number) Thanks.
C. Suggested Message on your toll-free number - Hi, this is DEE. Thanks for taking another 60 seconds to get a better understanding of a hot new system that is helping businesses just like yours skyrocket their sales. But, before I start, I know a lot of folks are impatient just like me. So, grab a pencil and I’ll give you my web site right now.
OK I promised this would be short, so let’s get to it. Here’s the secret in a nutshell – sales is a numbers game. You have to be able to put massive amounts of people in front of your information as quickly as possible on a daily basis.
Well, you’re in luck! I will show you how to get thousands of pre-qualified leads in minutes with the push of a button. I will also show you how to call every one of those pre-qualified leads in minutes with the push of a button.
What’s even better I can show you how to do that TODAY! Now most people would like you to think all of this is difficult to do. NOT SO! It’s not rocket science or I wouldn’t be doing it.

D. A lot of people ask me, “WHAT DO I SAY TO SOMEONE WHEN I CALL THEM BACK?” First of all make SURE you call them back right away - -
the sooner the better! Don’t worry about whether or not they leave a message. Call them back anyway! Ok, here is what you might say – “Hi, this is your first & last name. calling from your State A little while ago you listened to my recorded message about having an unending supply of pre-qualified prospects contacting you about your business.
Also, if at all possible, get on our call at 10pm Eastern Time Monday - Thursday. Here is the number – 1-419-400-0203, PIN Number 783362#. Can you get on tonight’s call? Ok, great. Give me a call back right after the call and I will answer any questions you have.
Look forward to speaking with you.” ALWAYS call this person back.
Don’t wait for them to call you. If you are new to I-Buzz Pro call this person back with your sponsor on a 3-way to help you close the call.
Again, this is a SUGGESTED script. You can copy and paste it into a Word Document or into Notepad and edit it any way you wish to fit your style.
8. Once you have recorded and saved the “Live Answer Message” and the “Answering Machine Message”, select those messages for your campaign by clicking on them and placing them in the two appropriate boxes on the page.
Next, click the small blue button that says “next” at the very bottom right of the page. This will take you to “Step 3 of 4: Load Data Lists”.
On this page you will load your lead list from your Desktop or from your Documents using the “Browse” button or you may select from an existing list within I-Buzz Pro.
Give the list a name where it says, “database name” so that you will remember which campaign you have used this list for.
Now you MUST click the little blue button that says, “load” at the bottom left of the page. Then move over to the right center of the page and click the blue button that says, “next”. On the next page you will see a list of phone numbers on the left.
Make sure there’s a green dot in the small circle above the list.
If not, place your cursor over the circle and click your mouse to place the green dot in the circle. Now, on the right side of the page, click “next”.
On the next page place a check mark where it says, “Remove Numbers on Internal DNC.” This is the only selection you need to check UNLESS you are NOT sending to business owners.
If you are sending to NON BUSINESS OWNERS you must check all boxes. Now click “next” on the right side of the page.

On the next page you will see “Load Data Lists”. This shows the disposition of all the numbers you have loaded for this campaign. Click “next” on the right side of the page. Now you should be on the page where it says, “Numbers Not Yet Dialed”.
Whatever number shows for “Total” is the actual number of calls that will be made for this campaign. At this point, if you wish to ADD numbers to this campaign, you can do so simply by uploading another list by clicking the Browse button.
Once you are finished uploading numbers, click “Update Campaign” on the right side of the page.
9. You are now on the final page of setting up your campaign. THIS PAGE IS CRITICAL to your campaign being sent out. Check the information on the left column of the page for accuracy, then, at the bottom of the page, change the “current status” to “scheduled”. There remains only one more thing to complete your campaign setup.
You must select the number of “lines” you want to have dialing for you by clicking the pull-down arrow. It is recommended that you start with 20.
After you find out more about this feature you can select either higher or lower numbers. The more lines selected, the faster your campaign will run.
Once you have selected the number of lines, your campaign is ready to automatically begin when the scheduled time is reached.
You don’t have to do anything else EXCEPT ONE THING! You must make sure that you have funded your account to cover the cost for dialing time.
If you are not able to login to your Members Area, but instead are asked to make a payment it is because you do not have any funds in your account.
Once you make a payment (suggest $10 - $50) you will be able to go ahead and set up your campaign.
You can view the status of this or any other campaign at any time by logging into the Members Area and going to Campaign Central. At the top left of this page place your cursor over “campaign central” and then click on “View/Modify Campaigns”.
You can also edit your campaign here if you wish to add more numbers or if you wish to change the run time, etc. At the top right of this page you should see exactly how much money you have remaining in your account for dialing time.
I-Buzz Pro has two “live” webinars per week that go over this entire process. Attend these webinars until you become totally familiar with your I-Buzz Pro automated advertising platform. Once you learn to use it you are going to have a lot of fun doing your prospecting and bringing new prospects into your opportumity.
